Q. WHERE CAN I PICK UP AUCTION ITEMS?
A. Items will be available for pickup at:

We ask that Auction items be picked up no later than 1 week after winning bid has been established.
Auction items that are not picked up after one week time frame will be deemed abandoned and may be put back in stock for the next auction.
Pickup Times: Thursday and Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
OR call 506 642-2600 to arrange pickup Monday to Friday 10am-5pm
Q. WHAT IF I CANNOT PICK UP AUCTION THE AUCTION ITEM WITHIN ONE WEEK OF WINNING?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a time that is convenient for you.
Q. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE A VERIFIED BUYER?
A. Entering your name, address and phone number on the website to become a verified buyer helps to validate your identity and this is critical for item pickup. It also allows us to contact you in the event we need to arrange pickup.
(NOTE: This information is strictly guarded and will only used for the purpose of the auction. It will never be shared with a third party organization.)
Q. I DO NOT LIVE IN NEW BRUNSWICK, CAN I BID ON ITEMS?
A. The short answer is yes. As long as you can arrange pick up of the item(s) that you have won and/or paid for. We do not have the resources to ship items to buyers at this time.
Q. WHO CAN ENTER THE AUCTION?
A. Anyone 19 and older may enter and place bids in the auction.
Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY AUCTION ITEM?
A. Auction items can be paid for in the following ways:

2) Credit Card: You can pay online directly with Credit or Debit card (Our website uses Paypal to securely process all Card transactions)
3) E-Transfer to auction@thejoshuagroup.ca
4) In person Cash payment at our contact address below
5) We also have the ability to email you a Paypal invoice which can be paid by Credit Card or Debit Card.
