Description

NOTE: Everything is new & mint condition directly out of the box. Table was damaged in shipping and has a couple of cracks (see photos). See suggested repair instructions below.

NOTE: The new chairs alone are likely worth at least $200 each.

Introducing the Charme Collection from SunVilla
Designed to capture the ease of outdoor living with an air of sophistication. Woven cord chairs and a round Permastone® tabletop blend natural texture with modern simplicity, creating an inviting setting that feels both effortless and elevated. The rust-resistant aluminum frame, finished in a warm honey oak tone, adds warmth and enduring beauty to every gathering, from quiet mornings to lively evenings outdoors.

1. Fixing the Cracks in the table (Structural & Cosmetic)
Before sealing, you must fill the crack to prevent water from entering, freezing, and expanding the crack.

Epoxy Adhesive (Recommended): Use a two-part stone epoxy (like Rust-Oleum Bar & Table Clear) to fill the crack. You can mix it with a tiny amount of matching powdered pigment to help it blend in.

Cyanoacrylate (Super Glue): Suitable for very fine, hairline cracks.

Flex Paste: For larger, rougher gaps, Flex Seal Flex Paste can fill gaps and create a flexible, watertight barrier.

Application Steps:
Clean: Clean the crack thoroughly with a toothbrush and acetone or mineral spirits to remove all dirt, grease, and debris.

Tape: Place masking tape around the crack to protect the surrounding table surface.

Fill: Apply the epoxy/filler, pushing it deep into the crack, and overfill slightly.

Smooth & Dry: Smooth with a putty knife and let it cure for at least 24 hours.

Sand: Once dry, sand the filler down until it is flush with the tabletop using 220-grit, then 400-grit sandpaper.

2. Protecting the Surface (Sealing)
After the repair is cured, apply a sealer to protect the entire tabletop from stains, moisture, and UV damage.

Penetrating Sealer (Best for Natural Look): Use a, high-quality, breathable, water-based, or solvent-based penetrating sealer (like Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator). This creates an invisible barrier against moisture while allowing water vapor to escape.

Topical Sealer/Wet Look (For Gloss Finish): A product like Black Diamond Stoneworks Wet Look Sealer provides a glossy, protective, "wet" appearance, which can help camouflage the repair.
